Dr. Lybrand is a father of five who has been married to Jody for over 31 years, and as a polymath, has the diverse combination of formally studying law, speech communication, systems thinking, linguistics, writing, theology, marketing, structural dynamics, leadership/management, and human personality. As the author of 7 books and a number of articles, the co-founder of TrimTab Solutions (an Energy Industry consulting firm), and The Writing Course, Dr. Lybrand is currently focusing on the challenging puzzle of human productivity and high performance. THE ONE SUCCESS HABIT preceded his newest contribution to help managers manage well called THE ONE SUCCESS HABIT (For Managers). He is a founding partner of TrimTab Solutions, an Energy Industry leadership coaching firm.
